The problem is that it was at the base of his tail on the underside (you know, right next to the functional end of the digestive track?). Since he&#8217;s 97 pounds and hates to be constrained, we can&#8217;t use a collar on him so we&#8217;ll just have to watch him for the next two weeks while he heals and the stitches can be removed.<\/p>\n<p>Tonight, he&#8217;s still loopy from the anesthesia so it should be quiet.
