My favorite (and as an IT guy, the most important, IMHO) is Time Machine which works similarly to <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.netapp.com\/\">NetApp<\/a>&#8216;s <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.netapp.com\/products\/snapshot.html\">snapshots<\/a> but for a consumer desktop.  The interface is quite cool, too.
